Getting to Biggar, Scotland
Cornhill Castle is approximately one hour's drive from both Glasgow and Edinburgh. From the M74, take the A702 through Biggar and follow signs for Cornhill Castle on Coulter Road (ML12 6QE). Free parking is available on site.
The nearest mainline stations are Edinburgh Waverley and Glasgow Central.
Edinburgh Airport (EDI) and Glasgow Airport (GLA) are both convenient options, each about 90 minutes from the venue by car.
If you'd like to stay right where the party is, the castle has rooms, suites and lodges (some with hot tubs!). Just get in touch with the hotel directly and mention our wedding to check availability.
Biggar is a lovely little town just a few minutes drive away, with a few cosy B&Bs and guesthouses.
If you'd like more choice, both cities have plenty of hotels and are an easy drive away.
